Services

Everything a building needs, managed.

HST manages and coordinates the full range of facility requirements for commercial properties in Dubai — planned and reactive maintenance, cleaning and hygiene, MEP requirements, vendor performance and multi-site operations.

01 Core offering

Facilities Management

The day-to-day operation of your facility, run as a managed service. HST becomes the owner of every facility request and the single interface between your team and every provider.

  • Day-to-day facility management
  • Facility operations coordination
  • Maintenance request management
  • Contractor management
  • Service scheduling
  • Facility inspections
  • Reporting and record keeping
  • Cost review and approval workflow

02 Planned work

Preventive Maintenance

The goal is not “call us when it breaks”. It is knowing which assets need attention, when, and making sure it happens before a failure interrupts trading.

  • Preventive maintenance planning
  • Scheduled inspections
  • Annual maintenance calendar per site
  • Equipment service coordination
  • Asset maintenance tracking and history

The questions a maintenance plan should answer

  • When is each AC unit next due for service?
  • Which assets require a formal inspection?
  • Which asset keeps failing, and why?
  • What has each branch cost in repairs this year?

03 When something breaks

Reactive Maintenance Coordination

Everyday breakdowns handled through one structured route — logged, prioritised, assigned to a qualified provider, supervised and closed with a record.

Loss of cooling, water carry-over, noise, thermostat and airflow faults.

Plumbing issues

Leaks, blockages, drainage, water pressure and sanitary fittings.

Electrical issues

Tripping circuits, sockets, distribution boards and power interruptions.

Lighting problems

Failed fittings, flickering, emergency lighting and replacement programmes.

General repairs

Doors, joinery, fixtures, minor civil works and make-good after damage.

Emergency coordination

Escalation route for incidents that stop a site from trading safely.

04 Standards & hygiene

Cleaning & Hygiene Management

Scheduled, verified and documented — the areas that inspectors, guests and customers judge you on before anything else.

  • Cleaning service coordination
  • Deep cleaning coordination
  • Pest control coordination
  • Water tank cleaning coordination
  • Waste management coordination
  • Post-service verification and records

How we describe our scope

HST is licensed for Facilities Management Services (Licence No. 1174839). Throughout this site the words management and coordination are used deliberately: specialist and regulated activities — electrical works, fire systems, pest control, refrigeration and similar — are executed by qualified providers holding the relevant approvals, under HST management, supervision and reporting. Any change to the activities recorded on the licence is subject to DET approval.
