A note on scope and licensing
HST is licensed for Facilities Management Services (Licence No. 1174839). Specialist and regulated work — such as electrical, fire systems, pest control or refrigeration — is delivered through qualified providers holding the relevant approvals, under HST management and supervision. Any change to the activities recorded on the licence is subject to DET approval.
